This Notice Concerning Your Privacy Rights discloses the privacy policies and practices of Weymouth Bank (hereinafter sometimes referred to as "we", "our" or "us"). When we use the word "you" or "your" we mean a Consumer Customer of Weymouth Bank. We collect Information about you from the following sources:- Information we receive on applications or other forms you submit to us, whether in person, through the mail, or on the Internet through our website
- Information about your transaction with us, or others
- Information we receive from a consumer reporting agency

We may disclose Information about you to nonaffiliated third parties under limited circumstances. Any Information we may disclose however, is conducted in strict adherence to applicable law. Such Information may include:- Information we receive from you on an application or other forms, such as your name, address, social security number, assets and income;
- Information about your transactions with us, and others, such as your account balance, payment history, credit card usage and the like; and
- Information we receive from a consumer reporting agency, such as information relating to your creditworthiness and credit history.
Except as described below under the Service Providers/Joint Marketing Section of this notice, and as otherwise required or permitted by law, we do not share Information about our Customers or former Customers to anyone.
Service Providers/Joint Marketing Providers
To provide you with products or services that we believe may meet your financial needs, we may disclose all of the Information we collect about you, as described above, to companies that perform marketing services on our behalf or to other financial institution with whom we have joint marketing agreements.How We Keep Your Information Secure
